• After purchasing your ticket(s) a window appears acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not see this window, check that the billing address and name on the card are correct, then resubmit.
  • Tickets will be mailed to the address you enter within 72 hours after purchase (please allow at least 5 days from purchase to receive your ticket).
  • If you entered an incorrect mailing address please respond immediately to your purchase confirmation email, including the correct address.
    Once tickets are mailed we will not be able to reissue a ticket to another address.
  • Each ticket purchased is for a specific night. Once purchased, tickets will not be refunded, exchanged, or replaced.
  • Each ticket will admit one vehicle (up to a 7-passenger vehicle).
    Larger vehicles must call (315) 638-2519 and speak with Carolyn by September 24th
  • Each ticket includes parking and admission for all occupants of the vehicle.
  • Parking lot gates will open by 5:30 pm. The Event Grounds will open at 6:00 pm
  • No vehicle will be permitted entry after 8:00 pm.
  • Walk-ins (Drop-offs) will not be permitted.
  • Credit Cards and Cash will be accepted in the Giftshop and Food Tent.
    Only cash will be accepted when purchasing glowsticks ($1 each).
