Great music in a great place is what the Beaver Lake Coffeehouse is all about. If an evening of acoustic music and good company sounds like the way you would like to spend a Saturday night, then this is the program for you! Decadent desserts and great coffee are always available for sale at this event, so leave room for dessert! Each evening performance is scheduled around a full moon.

Saturday, February 7th, Jessie Elizabeth is a free-spirited deep-feeler creating Alternative Americana music for listeners to twirl around in the woods somewhere, shed a few tears, or both. With a knack for authentic storytelling and imaginative lyricism, the Syracuse-based indie artist invites audiences into her world with her debut album, To Go and Grow, released July 2025. The record draws influence from Jessie’s love of Northeastern landscapes while chronicling a journey of self-discovery, healing from heartbreak, and questioning the status quo. Since stepping onto the scene in 2022, Jessie has quickly established herself as one of Central New York’s rising voices. Her performances are vulnerably captivating—marked by intricate vocal quality, raw honesty, and a magnetic stage presence.
